This activity includes age restrictions. By law, to drive a snowmobile, all participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driving license.
Finnish law strictly prohibits operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance.
Personal travel insurance is recommended.
Access Lapland reserves the right to change the price, program, inclusions and duration of the tour, due to weather conditions and unexpected occurrences
Missing the meeting time and point will result in non-participation of the activities. No refunds will be issued due to this cause.
Clients that are pregnant or have health issues (heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems, etc.) should consult their doctors before participating.

If the weather is -20c or below, we recommend rescheduling your activity for the best experience.
Paying the single driving supplement of 90,00 € ensures that you will drive alone on the snowmobile.
Snowmobiles are insured as required by Finnish law. This insurance covers medical care for injuries of the driver and the passenger arising from accidents.
Clients that are pregnant or have health issues (heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems, etc.) should consult their doctors before participating.
You will be liable for damage caused to the snowmobile up to the amount of 980,00 € per accident, per snowmobile.
Self liability can be reduced to 300,00 € by paying the waiver supplement of 30,00 € per driver, per safari.
Please note that if the minimum number of participants is not reached, Access Lapland reserves the right to combine slot times.

Access Lapland will charge a cancellation fee of 5% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event.
